Vantor is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to lead the design strategy for web-based applications. You’ll translate research into robust interfaces and shepherd designs from concept through implementation across client-funded projects.

Join a collaborative team, conduct user research, facilitate critiques, and work closely with engineering to shape user experiences. U.S. citizenship and a current TS/SCI clearance are required, with a strong portfolio and 2+ years of UX/UI experience.

Due to high demand from our various clients, we’re in need of a dedicated UX/UI Designer to build a diverse range of applications. You’ll collaborate with our amazing software development teams to lead the creation of strong user experiences and interfaces for a variety of client-funded projects.Life with UsYour Project: You will be responsible for setting the strategic design for web-based applications. These applications range from requiring completely new designs born from your research and ideas to subtle refreshes, each one requiring the unique insights of an experienced UX/UI Designer. You will be responsible for shepherding your designs through to completion, from establishing and implementing the research methodologies that drive your decisions to supporting the engineers who implement your designs.Your Career: We’re very serious about professional development and continuing education. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
