Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional experience or relevant equal
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in STEM with HCI/Design specialization is a plus
- Experience crafting user experiences in technical/engineering domains
Responsibilities
- Contribute to high impact UX Design projects with teams across Development organizations to strengthen technical and professional skills
- Understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences meeting user needs and project vision
- Promote standard methodologies in design, usability, and accessibility within design and engineering teams
- Provide technical support to MathWorks customers for complex issues in MATLAB, Simulink, and other products
- Develop and demonstrate leadership through coaching and mentoring others and leading process improvements
