Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a UX Designer to own end-to-end design for digital products across self-service tools, dashboards, and auditing interfaces. You will translate field insights into clear, usable designs that operators rely on, with a focus on AI-enabled features and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other designers.

A day in the life

As a UX Designer on the ADX Experience team, you'll design solutions for partners and business owners managing dozens of active routes at once, people who live in these tools all day, watching progress, catching exceptions, and troubleshooting drivers remotely. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers will help you understand customer needs and shape strategic planning.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience
• Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
• Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience using AI tools to work and design, and experience designing AI-powered solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure)
