Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced UX Designer in Minneapolis to craft human-centered digital experiences. You will drive design from concept through delivery, collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams to shape user journeys and interfaces.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accessibility, and brand-consistent solutions across desktop, mobile, and in-store touchpoints. Hybrid onsite work with a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of UX/digital industry experience, including at least 1 year of team leadership.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience applying human-centered design methods and design thinking in projects.

Responsibilities

• Create human-centered UX designs across desktop, mobile, and cross-channel platforms.
• Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, content, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into design artifacts.
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across interfaces.
• Participate in validating implementation against designs and patterns.
