Job description

Your sketchbook says more than your resume ever could, and at Mount Sinai that's precisely the kind of UX Designer we're hunting for. Everything about this senior UX Designer post says trust - $93,000 - $141,000, part-time flexibility, and 7 years rewarded with real say.

Key Responsibilities

• Salvage usable frames from a shoot the weather in Pomona half-ruined
• Wireframe the unglamorous Design Sprints screens with the same care as the hero shot
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched
• Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations
• Trade pixel polish for speed when a part-time deadline says you must
• Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on Design Sprints experience that survives a whiteboard interview
• Fluency in Design Sprints earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• Familiarity with Mount Sinai-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses

Mount Sinai is the endlessly-iterating Pomona, CA company that creative insiders recommend but rarely the one that advertises. Giving and receiving direct feedback is a skill we practice openly across every level.

Open with $93,000 - $141,000, grow your Communication under a mentor, lean on full benefits, and flex your hours the way grown-ups should.
