Bask Health is seeking a UX Copywriter to shape how users understand and navigate our healthcare platform. You’ll write everything from navigation and on-boarding to transactional emails, ensuring clarity across complex workflows.

Work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Research to establish a scalable content system and a consistent voice. This role emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and user-centered problem solving in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar for digital products.
• Portfolio showing how writing solved UX problems.
• Exceptional English with clear, concise language.
• Experience collaborating with design, PM, Eng, and researchers.
• Comfort in fast-moving, multi-product environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Designers from early exploration through production.
• Write clear product copy across onboarding, navigation, forms, dashboards, and notifications.
• Shape patient-facing experiences including accounts, checkout, and subscriptions.
• Write for complex operational experiences used by healthcare businesses and internal teams.
• Help users understand what to do next, especially during high-friction moments.
• Develop terminology and naming systems for new features and workflows.
• Create and maintain content guidelines for consistent voice and tone.
