Job summary
Gopher Sewer and Drain in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a UV CIPP Sewer Lining Technician to join a trenchless repair team. The technician will install UV-cured liners to rehabilitate damaged sewer and drain pipes using trenchless technology.
Ideal candidates have experience with CIPP/trenchless lining, are comfortable working outdoors in confined spaces, and hold a valid driver’s license. The role includes a competitive hourly wage with potential bonuses and benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience with CIPP or trenchless pipe lining required.
- Plumbing, sewer, or underground utility experience a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors and in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Experience with UV liner systems required.
Responsibilities
- Perform UV CIPP pipe lining installations.
- Clean and inspect sewer lines with CCTV.
- Prepare and insert liners into existing pipes.
- Operate UV curing equipment/light train.
- Monitor curing process and ensure proper installation.
- Reinstate laterals and complete final inspections.
- Follow all safety procedures for confined space and equipment.
