Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking a student work-study eligible office support helper to assist campus staff in various administrative functions. You will review and process documents, enter data, maintain files, and distribute mail, gaining experience with documents, spreadsheets, and information management.

This role offers access to academic and medical leadership and a chance to develop organizational skills in a busy university setting.

• Answer, screen and route incoming telephone calls.
• Answer inquiries that may require a search for accurate information or records.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
