Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of acute clinical practice or related health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess utilization for medical necessity and bed assignment per UM plan.
• Validate bedded patient authorizations and payer timelines.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews and support discharge planning.
• Educate physicians and care teams on utilization management processes.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize resource use and patient flow.
