Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida seeks a Stewarding team member to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, assist in event setup, and support a high-standard food and beverage operation. This role requires physical ability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

The position offers training, varied duties in a premier resort environment, and potential for growth within the F&B department.

Qualifications

• Cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Participate in event setup and breakdown.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds in a professional kitchen.
• Experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish-station for safe operation and inform supervisor of problems.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of kitchen, dish and cookware.
• Maintain sanitation of food & beverage and kitchen equipment.
• Set up banquet tables, chairs and event equipment.
• Perform tasks as directed by culinary leadership team.
• Support in top-quality kitchen operations under Executive Chef or F&B Director.
