Daubert Chemical Company seeks a dedicated Utility Worker for our Forest View, IL plant near Midway Airport. You will support production processes, operate a forklift, and perform quality checks while maintaining rigorous safety and 5S standards.

We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, and a range of benefits. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work shifts including nights and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; candidates with 3 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to be trained and safely operate a forklift (minimum 1 year).
• Works well within a team and follows directions.
• Punctuality and excellent attendance required.
• Able to meet physical demands of a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production stages including mixing, blending, pouring, and packaging chemicals. Record batch information.
• Locate and move drums, kegs, totes, and pails for orders using forklift.
• Perform quality control on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Monitor and report inventory levels; assist in counts.
• Maintain accurate production records and QC documentation.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas; follow 5S housekeeping.
