Job summary

Summit is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker for our Brighton, CO correctional facility. You will oversee sanitation operations, ensure safe handling, and coordinate tasks to keep meal services running smoothly at Adams County Laundry, CO.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and dining areas, restocking supplies, waste disposal, inventory receiving, and dishroom sanitation. Prior foodservice or maintenance experience is a plus, and you will work full-time onsite.

• Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled utility worker to our correctional facility team in Brighton, CO. As a utility worker, you will have the opportunity to oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.

What you'll be doing:

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
