Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills are helpful.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods.
