Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Utility Technician in New Jersey to operate various trucks and service portable restrooms, holding tanks, and related equipment. The role requires a valid license and at least two years of commercial driving experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service.

The position is full-time and involves driving to pre-designated sites, completing paperwork, and sometimes leading fence installation tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles daily (pre/post shift) and report deficiencies.
• Operate service truck to designated work sites per routing information.
• Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers, etc., per guidelines.
• Update tickets with delivery or pickup details.
• Lead on fence jobs when a crew is assigned and operate fence installation equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain logs as required.
