Job summary

Certus Home Services in Las Vegas is hiring Utility Technicians to join a stable, year-round pest control team. You’ll run a daily service route, get a take-home company vehicle, and receive paid training plus licensing support as you grow into a licensed Technician.

No pest control experience is required—we train you. Earn $21–$28 per hour with bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance into sales or leadership as you gain experience on the route.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently, outdoors, in varying conditions.
• No pest control experience required — we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Run your assigned daily service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments safely and correctly.
• Talk directly with customers about what you found and what you did — you're the face of Certus Home Services on every stop.
• Follow all PPE and safety/compliance standards on every application.
• Track treatment results and follow up when needed.
• Keep accurate service records and keep your vehicle and equipment ready to go.

Requirements

What You'll Bring
