Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Jr. Production Worker / Technician to support assembling and testing products in our La Porte, TX manufacturing site. The role performs basic tasks under supervision and helps maintain production quality and efficiency, with training provided.

Ideal for entry-level candidates who can follow instructions and procedures; non-routine work is guided by supervision. Tasks may be carried out after basic training or demonstration, with a scope aligned to growing production levels.

About the role

Job Summary
The Jr. Production Worker / Technician is responsible for supporting the assembly and testing of products in a manufacturing environment. This role performs basic tasks under supervision and contributes to maintaining production quality and efficiency.
This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations. Tasks can be carried out after basic training or demonstration.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities
