The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring an Innovation/Utility specialist in the United States. This role combines pest control, TAP insulation installation, and exclusion services with light construction and customer interaction. You will perform inspections, install systems, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining quality service for residential and commercial clients. Training is provided, and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations (covered by us).
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Safety PPE and protocols training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
