Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Utility Technician to perform routine maintenance in diverse environments, inspect and repair fleet vehicles, and support safety practices. You will troubleshoot power tools, assist with high-rise cleaning tasks, and follow supervision in a team setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 6 months of experience, and a valid driver's license with clean MVR; forklift certification may be required. Shift: Mon-Fri 8pm-4:30am, pay $19.45–$20.45/hr.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clear MVR; forklift certification may be required.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in diverse environments.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles and troubleshoot power tools.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Support high-rise cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Work in a team and respond to supervision.

The individual will conduct preventative maintenance to increase effectiveness and alleviate the need for major repairs.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
