Silver Lake Water and Sewer District (SLWSD) is accepting applications for an immediate opening for the position of Utility Supervisor - Systems.
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising major District facilities operations and maintenance under the supervision of, and back-up to the Districts Operations and Maintenance Manager.
The Utility Systems Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises the Districts operations and maintenance at major facilities, including, the headquarters, lift stations, booster stations and reservoirs. Supervises and coordinates the daily work of the Districts Electricians, Building and Grounds position, Pump Mechanic, and assigned Utility Workers. Operates and maintains the Districts SCADA system. This position is subject to 24-hour call out. Can assist and provide back-up coverage to the Operations & Maintenance Manager.
This position supervises 3 6 employees, plus seasonal employees.
