Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking motivated Route Service Representatives in Virginia to operate company trucks, deliver and pickup uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products within an assigned territory.

You will build relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities to earn a route bonus and commission, and maintain safety and compliance while following all regulations. This is a full-time, year-round position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required, 21+ years old.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Class A license within 12 months is encouraged/expected.
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Route Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers. As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission. This role requires operating a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
• Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to get a Class A within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
• Overnignt shifts might be required. (Expenses paid)
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring all loads are accurate and properly prepared. Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport. Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book. Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
