Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Utility Route Sales Representative/Driver in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves driving a company truck to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and rental products across an assigned route.

You will build strong customer relationships, upsell additional products and services, and earn a route bonus and commission. Monday–Friday with 40+ hour weeks and full-time benefits, a stable, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to get a Class A within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
• Overnight shifts might be required. (Expenses paid)
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role.

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Utility Route Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers. As a Utility Route Service Representative, you will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission. This role requires operating a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations.
