Utility Project Controls Scheduler (Primavera P6) – Distribution, Transmission & Substation

CARIAN is seeking a Utility Project Controls Scheduler to support integrated planning and schedule controls across major electric utility capital programs. This role works closely with project managers, engineering teams, and construction stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity, identify risks early, and provide clear visibility into program performance.
All positions require a minimum of three days per week on-site at the client or CARIAN office, frequent visits to active job sites, and may require full five-day on-site presence based on program needs.

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 – $130,000 annually. This range represents a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, the role includes eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company 401(k) match.
