Goodwin Living is seeking a dedicated Utility Person to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order in the Dining Services Department. The role focuses on daily cleaning, waste handling, and supporting kitchen operations to uphold departmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Collects and empties recycling, compostables, and trash into appropriate receptacles outside the facility.
• Breaks down boxes for recycling and places in proper area as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes trash containers per guidelines.
• Sweeps, mops, and hoses kitchen areas regularly or as needed.
• Collects and disposes of used kitchen grease according to procedures.
• Performs detailed cleaning of facilities, appliances, and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Supports other kitchen functions including receiving, storage, prep, dish machine, and meal service.

About The Position

We are looking for a Utility Person who will be primarily responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and order of the Dining Services Department according to departmental standards

This position makes $20.00/hr

We would prefer if you have availability for weekends and evenings

Job Duties

• Performs detailed cleaning of facilities, appliances, and equipment as assigned to maintain departmental sanitation standards.
• Supports other kitchen functions as needed, including receiving, food storage, food prep, dish machine, and meal service
