Responsibilities

• Assist building engineers with exterior and interior inspections reporting deficiencies
• Replace lamps in common areas and tenant spaces, common corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms
• Touch up painting in all common areas and replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles
• Assist the building engineer with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing access doors into the buildings
• Perform inspections on vacant spaces for cleanliness and ensure they are “Market Ready”
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned maintenance work orders
• Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain a team-player attitude
