Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Previous leadership crew lead or foreman experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Ability to motivate train and work effectively with field crews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely operate and maintain company vehicles equipment and tools
• Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to travel locally statewide or regionally as business needs require

Physical Requirements
