Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on operations specialist for our underground limestone mine in the United States. You will deliver supplies, operate a water truck, fuel equipment, and perform routine inspections while supporting daily quarry tasks.
Candidates must safely operate equipment, commit to safety, work independently, and communicate effectively across teams in a demanding industrial environment.

Deliver supplies, tools, and materials to drilling and bolting crews to support efficient operations.
Operate a water truck to support drilling and bolting operations by providing dust control and maintaining safe working conditions around active work areas.
Fuel mobile equipment while following established safety procedures.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Support daily quarry operations by assisting with general labor and operational tasks as needed.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in an industrial environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support multiple operational needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to assist across work groups.
Capability to perform physical work and adapt to changing operational demands.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet all applicable site and regulatory requirements.
Role operates primarily in underground limestone mine environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Room heights are 27' tall with constant temperature of 55 degrees.
