Paycom - ATS in Ohio is seeking an Entry Level Production Operator to read packing sheets, inspect products from multiple production lines, and load items into boxes and onto pallets.

You will work in a warm environment, perform quality checks, shrink wrap and label pallets, operate a pallet jack, and assist with material movement under supervision. This role requires teamwork, basic math, time management, and a safety-focused mindset to support efficient, high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product from production lines and identify non-conforming items.
• Separate defected product and set in designated area for recycling.
• Package good quality product according to company standards.
• Read packing sheets to determine quantity per box and pallet load.
• Utilize a step ladder during shift.
• Shrink wrap boxes and pallets for shipment.
• Label boxes and pallets in preparation for shipping.
• Operate a manual pallet jack.
• Move finished pallets with pallet jack to designated area for Material Handlers.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.

Job PurposeThe purpose of an Entry Level Production Operator is to own the responsibility of reading packing sheets, quality inspecting product coming out of a production machine, and loading product into boxes and onto pallets. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 40lbs as necessary.
