Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a warehouse associate to support carton handling, inventory control, and order processing. You will scan cartons using AS400, maintain orderly stock, and ensure timely processing of external orders while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scan all cartons on AS400 to verify options processed.
• Maintain active inventory and organize garments in correct locations; communicate adjustments.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay.
• Process all orders for external customers through tape line to meet shipping deadlines.
• Monitor neatness of all cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in VF Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to scan all cartons on AS400 to verify all options have been processed.
• Responsible for maintaining active inventory, preserving the garments, placing of garments in the correct locations and communicating inventory adjustments.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay.
• Responsible for processing all order for external customers through tape line to meet shipping deadlines in a timely manner.
• Responsible for monitoring neatness of all cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in VF Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

HOURS:

6:00 am. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
