Job summary

Ellwood in Corry is seeking a Utility Maintenance I to support maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems across machines, vehicles and facilities. The role may require assignments at Irvine/Warren Plants from time to time, with priority on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, operate forklifts and cranes, keep detailed records, and participate in required meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform core maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and hydraulic systems on machines, vehicles and facilities equipment.
• Operate industrial equipment including forklifts, mobile cranes and other cranes.
• Follow plant safety rules and maintain high quality standards in all work.
• Maintain all required reports and records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.

Job description

There is a Utility Maintenance I position based in Corry, but from time to time may be assigned to the Irvine/Warren Plants.

Utility Maintenance I - Essential Job Functions – but not limited to the following:

• Performs core-level maintenance work involving electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic on machines, vehicles, cranes and facilities equipment, stick welding.
• Operates all types of industrial equipment, including, but not limited to, fork lifts, man lifts, mobile cranes, bridge cranes, radio cranes and other industrial equipment.
• Performs all work in accordance with plant safety rules.
• Maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.
• Maintains all reports and recordkeeping as required.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on all machines, equipment and vehicles as required.
• Maintains all housekeeping in the work area.
• Performs other routine labor work as assigned and as required in accordance with production flow.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
