Qualifications

• 2 years locator experience required.
• Ability to read utility maps and as-built drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT physical.
• Willingness to travel (75%+)
• Maintains safety and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities for clients and property owners based on 811 tickets.
• Use utility maps, as-built drawings, GIS information, and locating equipment.
• Utilize flags/paint to mark utility locations.
• Prepare reports and memos documenting work and issues.
• Take photos of located utilities for each 811 ticket.
• Investigate and document excavations causing damage to utilities.
