Qualifications

• Must hold ISA Certified Arborist Certification and ISA Utility Specialist within 6 months
• Experience in utility line clearance or UVM consulting preferred
• Proficiency in program specifications, regulations, and standards
• Excellent data collection and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners and public agencies regarding pruning and/or removals
• Conduct tree and brush inventories
• Conduct hazard tree inspections and evaluations
• Manage capital projects
• Gather and manage field data, including tree species, size, and distance from conductors
• Validate data across database systems to ensure accurate reporting
• Verify summaries and charts accurately reflect underlying datasets
• Safeguard employees and the public from hazards around work areas
• Enforce on-the-job safety practices
• Carry and use materials, tools, and equipment at work sites
• Travel outside as required
• Remain on duty for the duration of emergencies or natural disasters when required
