Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a dedicated Utility II to support our Bethlehem, PA warehouse operations. You will help ensure order accuracy and fill in for multiple warehouse roles, contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

The position offers a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend-free work. Pay is $23.00/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, and weekly pay is provided. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Warehouse Clerk duties.
• Operate forklift, stacking up to twenty pallets per hour into racks up to 46 feet high.
• Manually lifting pallets and stocking/picking cases.
• Record daily actions using a Radio Frequency terminal.
• Perform Selector duties: pick full case groceries, perishable and frozen items, palletize and load onto trailer.
• Operate backhauler equipment to move pallets from inbound trucks.
• Perform porter duties: clean aisles, replace products, and maintain warehouse areas.

This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team. also as a Utility associate you will fill in for any position in the warehouse including, but not limited to: Clerk, Forklift Operator, Selector, Backhauler, and Porter.

Pay- $23.00/hour + .50 shift differntial

Paid weekly

Full Time, MONDAY - FRIDAY 4:00PM-2:30AM

Bethlehem, Pa

You will contribute by:

• Performing duties of a Warehouse Clerk


• Performing duties of a Forklift Operator, including: maneuver Stand-Up Forklift to put away or let down as many as twenty pallets per hour into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high


• Manually lifting pallets to move into place


• Manually stocking/picking cases of product into warehouse racks


• Recording daily actions by use of Radio Frequency Computer Terminal


• Performing duties of a Selector, including: selecting full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fitting these items on a pallet, plastic wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailer


• Performing duties of a Backhauler, including: operating an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks. Compiling un-palletized products onto pallets


• Performing duties of a Porter, including: cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots. Removing product from slots with the use of a pallet jack, clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product. Cleaning warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.


• Performing other job-related duties as assigned
