Terumo Medical Corporation in Elkton is seeking a flexible, entry-level Utility 1. This role supports multiple departments with attention to SOPs, CGMPs and GDPs to ensure patient safety and quality standards. You will learn processes across manufacturing operations and contribute to a compliant, efficient workflow.

Rate of pay is $17.20/hour plus 10% shift differential. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers on-the-job training in a collaborative, mission-driven

• Participate in project performance team meetings and support quality system requirements.

Job Summary

The Utility 1 position is a very flexible entry level position that is utilized in several departments throughout the TMC Elkton manufacturing site. While this is the first step in the hierarchy of hourly manufacturing positions, attention to detail and adherence to SOPs, CGMPs, and GDPs are just as critical to patient safety and ability to succeed in this role as these skills and competencies are in more advanced positions.

• Participates in project performance team meetings on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods, or processes for unit/company performance improvement.


• Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to: process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.


• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
