Job summary

Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Utility Housekeeper for a 1pm–9:30pm shift. The role supports a senior living community by maintaining clean resident rooms and common areas with attention to safety and infection control.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping experience, can work independently or with a team, and follows cleaning procedures while handling cleaning chemicals safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Buffs and waxes Care Center, Assisted Living and Apartment floors
• Shampoos and vacuums carpets
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Performs daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staff
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and infection control
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
