Job summary

MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services in Great Barrington is seeking a 1st Shift General Utility to support laminator, finishing, and converting operations at our client’s plant. You will move and stage rolls, thread machines, perform quality checks, and keep areas tidy while working with Sheeter Operators, Material Handlers, and Paster Operators.

Starting pay is $23.20 per hour with benefits including PTO, 401K with company match, and monthly attendance bonuses; overtime and pre-employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or up to a year of related experience or training.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow job procedures and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand to the Sheeter and Paster Operators when needed.
• Make sure all products coming in and out are tracked and documented.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stick to safety protocols and follow proper work procedures.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the laminator, finishing, and converting processes. Your day will involve tasks like moving and staging rolls, threading machines, performing quality checks, and keeping things tidy around the shop. You’ll work closely with management, Sheeter Operators, Material Handlers, and Paster Operators to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. Pay: $23.20/HR to start.
