Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC in Clinton, MS seeks a Line Supervisor to oversee construction and repair of overhead and underground distribution. You will supervise, coordinate, and train crews while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead multiple tasks, respond to customer issues, and support storm restorations with travel 50% to 75% as required. Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy in order to direct construction/repair crews safely and to construct/restore electric system efficiently.
• Assist in Network operations, storm restorations, and operation of AM/FM and directing of contract crews.
• Motivate and influence a diverse and geographically dispersed work force dealing with a wide variety of safety and training issues.
• Assume Line Supervisor's duties for a short time in their absence.

Minimum Requirements
