Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Utility Driver/Driver Lead to join our team. You will provide primary route coverage for the district and mentor other drivers while handling waste oil pickups.

This role requires a Class B CDL and a strong safety record, with travel as needed. We offer competitive wages starting at $70K per year, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth within a large environmental services company.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required; Class A preferred.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements obtainable upon hire if needed.
• Willingness to travel and mentor other drivers.
• Previous route service driving experience preferred.
• Excellent safety record required; strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class B Tanker Truck, Box Trucks, or Lube Delivery Truck to pick up waste oil.
• Visit and service 8+ customers per day.
• Mentor and train other drivers on the job responsibilities.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment to Oil Terminals.
• Serve as backup driver to cover routes when needed.
• Ensure waste/oil is stored safely and properly.
