Job summary

Mahoney Environmental, a long-tenured leader in used cooking oil recycling, seeks a CDL Class B driver for Richmond, CA. This full-time position runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00 am start, 10-hour days, with one overnight route per month and otherwise home daily.

Starting pay is $33.00–$34.50 per hour, plus benefits including a 401(k), paid holidays and vacation after a 90-day probation. Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining grease traps and containers, transporting goods on a local route,

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license (Class A accepted).
• Tanker endorsement (N) or willing to obtain before start.
• 3 years of CDL experience within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain used cooking oil containers and grease traps efficiently
• Work in environments with grease/oil odors.
• Conduct regular inspections, cleanings, and maintenance of grease trap systems
• Transport goods to designated locations within a local route
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure excellent service delivery
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks

CDL Class B driver
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:00am start time. 10 hours day.
One overnight route once or twice a month. All other days are home daily.Starting hourly rate between $33.00 -$34.50
Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain used cooking oil containers and grease traps efficiently
• Work in environments with grease/oil odors.
• Conduct regular inspections, cleanings, and maintenance of grease trap systems
• Transport goods to designated locations within a local route

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class B (preferred) Class A accepted
• Valid Tanker (N) endorsement or able and willing to get Tanker endorsement prior to start date.
• 3 years of CDL experience within the last 10 years.
• Commute to our location in Richmond, CA
• Valid DOT medical card with ability to lift, push, pull up to 100lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Excellent driving record (last 5 years) and commitment to safety
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
