US Foods in Billings, MT is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our field team. You will operate a company vehicle with a GVW up to 25,900 lbs to make multi-stop deliveries of foodservice products, ensuring accurate, on-time service to customers.

You will unload with a hand cart or two-wheeler, verify deliveries with signatures, and complete required safety inspections. The role requires a valid US driver’s license, a DOT physical, and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One-year multi-stop delivery experience required or 6-months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must pass DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Unload products using a hand truck or two-wheeler and place them in designated storage areas – 100% touch freight.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Conduct pre- & post-trip vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Handle collections and payments when applicable.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of up to 25,900 lbs. You will make multi-stop deliveries of foodservice products, ensuring high-quality service to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Safe Driving: Deliver products to our customers in a timely and safe manner.Unloading: Skillfully unload products efficiently using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand, placing them in the designated storage areas – 100% touch freight.Product Handling: Use a hand truck to move products into customer locations, navigating stairs and various delivery environments as required.Delivery Verification: Verify deliveries with customers & secure signatures.Return Management: Properly document and manage any returned products.Issue Reporting: Communicate any delivery or customer issues to the appropriate personnel, including Customer Service and your supervisor.Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- & post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.Account Management: Handle collections and payments when applicable.Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.Physical RequirementsLift/carry/push/pull/lower 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required.Driving & working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required.Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as low as 0 degrees.Continuously grasp objects & manipulate objects. Frequently sit, stand, walk, drive, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, and use manual dexterity.QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required.One-year multi-stop delivery experience required or 6-months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
