Monarch Communities, Brandywine at Longwood in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a part-time Utility Worker to support the kitchen team. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Culinary Services Director and operates shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with some weekdays and alternate weekends.
Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning, stock handling, and assisting dining room staff while following safety SOPs and delivering friendly service to residents and staff.

Reports To
The Utility worker will report to the Culinary Services Director. The position of Utility is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00 Hourly
Schedule: 11am - 7:30pm some weekdays and every other weekend
Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen. Wash equipment for meals and cooking activities. Delivers excellent customer service to staff and residents.
