Job summary

LM Restaurants is seeking a part-time Utility Team Member for SMASH in downtown Raleigh to support the kitchen, keep areas clean, and help ensure a great guest experience from the ground up.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to daily cleaning tasks, and help maintain a safe, organized kitchen. We value dependability, energy, and teamwork from every team member.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, prep tools, and kitchen equipment clean and ready to go.

• Handle trash and maintain the exterior of the restaurant.
• Support daily cleaning tasks assigned by the Chef or Manager.
• Help set the tone for a smooth, organized, and professional kitchen.
