Job summary

Cunningham DeLaney Construction LLC in Summerdale, AL is seeking a construction pipelayer who can learn a skilled trade and contribute to building underground water, storm, and sewer utilities. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability on the job site.

You will assist with grade setting, handle pipe connections, and help maintain tools and equipment to meet performance standards. Previous pipelayer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Reliable means of transportation to commute to and from job site.
• Valid and non-expired driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Practical knowledge of power tools used to perform duties.
• Minimum of two years experience as a construction pipelayer (Preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Rigging and joining the pipe to permanently stabilize pipe installations.
