Job summary

Actalent in Renton, WA is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction projects across the Pacific Northwest, overseeing all phases from award through closeout. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, client and stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, risk management, and project reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical/utility/heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel region-wide.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility construction projects from initial award through closeout, meeting contractual objectives.
• Develop comprehensive work plans with schedules, budgets, procurement, and staffing.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and establish execution strategies and communication protocols.
• Monitor performance against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions.
