Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the required craft installation, maintenance, and repair methods.
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Adherence to safety practices and procedures on all job sites.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment and supplies for daily work.
• Perform physical labor such as potholing, digging with shovels, and loading materials.
• Identify utilities safely in trench/bore paths.
• Fully restore worksite after completion, refill trenches and holes, compact soil.
• Clean vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
• Follow simple instructions and work outdoors in all weather.
