Qualifications

• Passion for fresh, scratch-made food and high sanitation standards.
• Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfort handling knives and kitchen tools with safety.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and assemble cold foods with care and precision.
• Maintain stocked, organized ingredients and supplies.
