Job summary

Torchy's is hiring a Utility Team Member to keep dining areas clean and the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced Texan environment. The role includes bussing tables, maintaining restrooms, restocking stations, and helping with dishwasher duties as needed.

Applicants should have a Food Handlers Certification and be able to stand for long periods. We offer flexible schedules, a $12.00–$15.00 hourly rate with pooled tips, and benefits eligibility for full-time staff after 1 year, including

Responsibilities

• Busser duties: Sweep and mop dining room, bathrooms, and back of house; clean windows and entrances; restock service areas; assist customers as needed; take out trash and power wash outside areas per cleaning lists.
• Dishwasher duties: Clean and sanitize all food prep/service items; maintain three-compartment sink; organize pots and pans; help with prep/line duties; prioritize cleaning common dishes; unload and store orders.
