Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Utility Associate for the 1st shift at the Hazlehurst Hatchery in Mississippi. The role involves supporting assigned lines, training teammates, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

You may be asked to rotate tasks and cover for absences while adhering to safety policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills, with a capability to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts.

## Utility Associate 1st ShiftApply: Mississippi - Hazlehurst Hatchery: Full time: Posted Today: 2026-68543**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**Primarily responsible for filling in/performing all jobs in assigned area/department in absence of regular worker. Trains new and current associates on jobs in area as needed.
