Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking an entry-level Utility Maintenance worker for our South Bay, FL facility. The role focuses on cleaning and maintenance of mill premises and equipment, using brooms, mops, and standard cleaning products.

Work may include high places, ladders, and catwalks with mandatory safety gear.

Qualifications

• Must have GED / or High School Graduate.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends; reliable transportation if necessary.
• Knowledgeable about Industrial Safety and possess Safety Awareness.
• Ability to work overtime when requested or available and ability to work any hour of any week.
• Able to demonstrate and maintain good hygiene practices.
• Good Attendance History.
• Exceptional TeamworkSelf-Starter / Willing to learn / Committed to Success.
• Physically fit for labor work, including standing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to understand, read and write some English.

Responsabilités

Overview

The Utility maintenance position is an entry-level position responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of our mill premises and equipment. This work includes working with brooms, mops and other cleaning products along with working in high places, climbing ladders and the use of catwalks on occasion.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
