Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to support kitchen operations by washing dishes, handling cookware, and maintaining a clean work area.

You will represent NEXDINE to guests with friendly service and cooperate with the Chef Manager to ensure quality and safety. This role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to undergo background check HB531.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwasher/utility procedures or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Receive product from vendors and organize stock.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
• Assist with food prep.
• Other duties as assigned by the Chef Manager.

Utility Job Summary

The Utility reports to the General Manager. This Utility responsibilities will include washing dishes, pots and pans and other equipment as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment. Representing not only the client but NEXDINE as well, this Utility needs to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of this job.

Utility Essential Functions And Key Tasks
