Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Utility Worker for our Goshen, IN location. The role supports the General Manager by washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment, while delivering strong customer service on behalf of the client and NEXDINE.

This position requires the ability to work independently or with a team, lift up to 40 pounds, and contribute to daily food prep and sanitation tasks. Competitive pay and benefits are provided with a varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Receive products from vendors and organize stock.
• Place clean dishes and cooking equipment in storage areas and rotate stock.
• Sort and remove trash and keep walk-in cooler clean and organized.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
